The short version
We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information to use this site. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
Filling in the templates
Our templates are PDF files. When you type into one, everything you enter stays in the PDF on your own computer or phone. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else, and we never see the details of your sale.
What we do measure
Page visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track people across other websites. It tells us aggregate numbers such as how many people viewed a page, roughly where in the world they were, and how fast the page loaded.
Template downloads. We count how many times each template is downloaded, per day. These are plain totals, such as "the car template was downloaded 14 times today". No information about who downloaded it is recorded.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not have access to a log of individual visitors.
If you email us
Email to contact@scurgemedia.com is forwarded to a personal mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. If you write to us, we keep your message and your email address so that we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list. Ask us to delete the correspondence and we will.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information, there is usually nothing for us to give you a copy of or delete. The exception is email you have sent us. To ask about anything on this page, or to have correspondence deleted, write to contact@scurgemedia.com.
Changes
If we ever add advertising, affiliate links or any feature that collects personal information, we will update this page before doing so and change the date below.
