Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to get a usable copy of these forms, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we aim for

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is a target we work towards rather than a certified conformance claim, and we would rather tell you that honestly than put a badge on the page.

What the site does today

Pages are built as plain HTML with headings in a sensible order, so screen readers can navigate them. Every link and control can be reached with the keyboard, and focus is visible as you move through the page. Text resizes and reflows down to a phone-sized screen without horizontal scrolling.

Colours were chosen to meet the AA contrast ratio against the dark background. There is no autoplaying audio or video, nothing moves on its own, and there are no pop-ups, interstitials or timed interactions anywhere on the site.

Known limitations

The PDF templates are not fully tagged for screen readers. They are generated as printable forms, and while their fields carry descriptive tooltips and follow a logical tab order, they do not include the full semantic tagging that makes a PDF properly accessible. We know about this and would like to fix it.

Preview images of the forms are decorative. They carry short alt text that says which form they show, rather than reproducing the whole form, because the form itself is available as a document.

Ask us for another format

If a template is not usable for you, email contact@scurgemedia.com and say which form you need and what format works for you. We will send you the content in a plain-text or large-print version at no charge. There is no catch and you do not need to explain why.

Tell us about a problem

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us at contact@scurgemedia.com. Describe the page and what went wrong, and we will fix what we can and reply to let you know.
